देश के राज्य कर्नाटक से शुरू हुए हिजाब विवाद (Hijab Controversy) पर सियासत लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है।कर्नाटक के स्कूल कालेजों में हिजाब पहनने से रोके जाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर आज हाई कोर्ट की बेंच सुनवाई करेगी।
आपको बतादे के मुख्य न्यायाधीश रितु राज अवस्थी ने बुधवार रात को इस मामले की सुनवाई के लिए पूर्ण बेंच गठित की है। बेंच में मुख्य न्यायाधीश रितु राज अवस्थी के अलावा न्यायमूर्ति कृष्ण एस दीक्षित और न्यायमूर्ति के जे मोहिउद्दीन भी शामिल हैं।आपको बतादे के बुधवार को कर्नाटक के हिजाब विवाद की गूंज देशभर में सुनाई दी थी।
कर्नाटक के इस हिजाब विवाद के चलते अब स्कूल-कॉलेज को 11 फरवरी 2022 तक लिए बंद किये जाने का ऐलान किया गया है। वही दूसरी और कर्णाटक के मुख्यमंत्री बसवराज बोम्मई ने सभी स्टूडेंट्स, टीचर्स और स्कूल-कॉलेज मैनेजमेंट से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की है।
कर्नाटक सरकार हिजाब मामले में क्या कर रही है।
कर्नाटक सरकार ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि, सरकारी स्कूलों में न तो हिजाब के पक्ष में है और न ही भगवा कपड़ो के पक्ष मे है।कर्णाटक के राजस्व मंत्री अशोक ने संवादाता से कहा, ''स्टूडेंट सड़कों पर जो चाहें कपडे पहन सकते हैं, लेकिन स्कूलों में स्कूल का ड्रेस कोड अनिवार्य है। वही हमने छात्रों की सुरक्षा के लिए एहतियात के तौर पर स्कूल और कॉलेज कुछ दिन केलिए बंद कर दिए हैं।

The politics is increasing continuously over the Hijab controversy that started from the state of Karnataka. The High Court bench will hear today the petitions challenging the ban on wearing Hijab in the schools and colleges of Karnataka.
Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi has constituted a full bench to hear the matter on Wednesday night. Apart from Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, the bench also includes Justice Krishna S Dixit and Justice KJ Mohiuddin.

Due to this hijab controversy in Karnataka, now the school-college has been announced to be closed till 11 February 2022. On the other hand, Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai has appealed to all the students, teachers and school-college management to maintain peace.
What is the Karnataka government doing in the case of hijab?
The Karnataka government has made it clear that it is neither in favor of hijab nor saffron clothing in government schools. Karnataka Revenue Minister Ashok told The Telegraph, “Students can wear whatever they want on the streets. But school dress code is mandatory in schools. We have closed schools and colleges for a few days as a precaution for the safety of the students.
